Lindahl advisor in connection with KlaraBo's largest acquisition as a listed company
Lindahl acted as legal advisor in connection with KlaraBo Sverige AB's acquisition of a residential portfolio totalling 877 rental apartments in Östersund.
The properties were acquired in corporate form from Niam at an underlying value of SEK 890 million, and is the largest single purchase KlaraBo has made as a listed company. The rental value is around SEK 65 million, with the total area amounting to some 62,000 sqm, 96 per cent of which is residential.
The acquisition was financed through a bank loan and existing cash holdings. Before taking possession, which is planned for 30 September 2022, the transaction is conditional on signing a loan agreement with terms finalised in a credit decision.
Lindahl's team comprised Andreas Lindh, Linda Backman, Jesper Fredriksson and Anders Adielsson.
