Lindahl advises Humana in connection with its share buy-back programs

Lindahl advises Humana AB (“Humana”) in connection with the implementation of two programs regarding buy-back of maximum 2,000,000 own shares. The purpose of the programs is enabling the improvement of the company's capital structure and to increase the flexibility for the board in connection with potential future corporate acquisitions.
Humana is a leading Nordic care company providing services within individual and family care, personal assistance, elderly care and special service housing in accordance with LSS. Humana is listed on Nasdaq Stockholm and the company’s headquarters are located in Stockholm.
Lindahl’s team mainly consisted of Victoria Skoglund and Jakob Poulidas Josefsson. In addition, SEB has acted as financial advisor to Humana.
