Victoria Skoglund is specialised within public M&A, stock market law, corporate governance, and company law. Victoria is the project leader of many listed companies’ recurring general meetings, advice on corporate governance (ESG), market abuse, disclosure obligations (MAR), incentive programs and other compensation and regulatory issues on the stock market. Victoria often works closely with the board and management with day-to-day legal issues within her area of expertise and acts as whistleblowing function and board secretary in listed companies.
