Lindahl advises Copilot Capital on investment in Zendr

Zendr is a fast-growing cloud-based logistics platform for small and medium-sized enterprises, founded in 2020 by Mathias Rebane and Johan Sund. In just a few years, the company has established itself as Sweden’s leading digital freight partner for SMEs, and today serves more than 2,000 customers with a team of over 50 employees. With Copilot Capital’s investment, Zendr gains a long-term partner to accelerate its expansion across the Nordics and Europe, further develop its platform, and continue its acquisition strategy.

Lindahl’s team was led by Viktor Wihlstrand and further consisted of Nils Lundgren, Ida Hjorth, Anders Carls, Isabelle Selemba, Peter Bäverlid, Ahmed Al-Rahma, Josefin Tegnvallius Boklund, Christer Hagberg, Dorothea Quist, Jonatan Sjögren and Michelle Green.
