Lindahl acted as legal advisor for Arbona AB
Advokatfirman Lindahl acted as legal advisor for Arbona AB (publ) in connection with the acquisition of GLS Laserstans AB and GLS Henjo AB (”GLS-companies”).

The acquisition was implemented by Arbona's subsidiary, Arbona Industri AB. The GLS-companies are full service suppliers within sheet metalworking and the acquisition gives Arbona a central position in the Swedish and international sheet metalworking market. Together, the GLS-companies have some 150 employees and had a turnover of approximately SEK 380 in 2023.
In connection with the transaction, the previous owners of the GLS-companies reinvested a part of the purchase sum in Arbona Industri AB.
The Lindahl team consisted primarily of Thorbjörn Wennerholm, Sepehr Namazi, Thea Nygren and Alva Resare.
