Tor specialises in energy and environmental law, with particular expertise in regulatory energy matters, electricity connections and related contractual issues. He advises on permit procedures, zoning matters and environmental risk management, including contaminated land, as well as environmental liability and compensation claims.
Tor acts for both private and public sector clients and represents them in proceedings before the general courts and the administrative courts. He also maintains a broad commercial practice, advising on transactions, contractual matters and disputes. Tor is a member of Lindahl's practice groups for land and environment and energy.
