Peter is a member of Lindahl’s Financial Services group and is specialised in assisting domestic and foreign financial companies such as banks and other credit institutions, securities companies, insurance companies (both direct insurance and reinsurance), insurance intermediaries, brokerage firms, funds and payment service providers.
His experience within the field covers all legal matters arising from the time of establishment to liquidation of undertakings, covering questions of both corporate and commercial law nature. Areas in which he most frequently assists covers, inter alia, product development, transfers, corporate governance and regulatory.
Peter has over 25 years’ experience from regulatory issues related to financial institutions and advices different kind of financial institutions on a day to day basis.
Peter is for several years recognised both by Legal 500 and Chambers. In 2022 Chambers recognised Peter in Band 3: "Peter Kullgren is experienced in insurance regulatory and compliance issues as well as business and contract law. He is often appointed by Swedish insurers as a liquidator."
