Per Mildner

Per is specialized in contracts for industrial plants, power plants (including nuclear) and power transmission (including sea cable laying). He was formerly a corporate legal counsel at ABB. Besides his work with contracts and contract negotiations within the aforesaid areas, Per assists clients on both sides in seeing major power and industrial plant projects through to completion. Per has extensive international experience in the above areas.
Per’s work has a particular focus on the FIDIC conditions and he is a frequently engaged lecturer regarding FIDIC. He is also each semester engaged by both Lund University and Stockholm University to lecture on differences between the FIDIC conditions and similar Swedish standard terms such as AB 04, ABT 06 and ABA 99. Per has recently published a book on industrial/power plant contracts, with a particular focus on the ABA 99 terms, written together with professors Per Samuelsson and Niklas Arvidsson at Lund University. Per is heading JUC’s network for industrial plant contracts.
