Patrik Rindstål

Patrik is active in Lindahl's working groups for Life Sciences/ Commercial contracts and dispute resolution. Patrik advices clients in relation to review, drafting and negotiation in various contractual matters. He particularly focusses towards businesses in the Life Sciences sector, but also works with clients in more traditional industries. Many clients are active within e.g. the pharmaceutical industry, with medical devices, product manufacturing industries etc. He specifically has extensive experience and knowledge within licensing, product development, manufacturing and distribution. Patrik also has great experience from real estate matters, including various lease aspects and real estate transactions. Patrik acts as counsel for clients in contractual as well as in non-contractual disputes in both ordinary courts and in arbitral proceedings. Patrik regularly lectures and leads courses in Life Science-related matters and in dispute resolution and procedural law.
Patrik is the Managing Partner for Lindahl Uppsala.
