Anna is a member of Lindahl's Financial Services group and is specialised in assisting national and foreign financial institutions such as banks and other credit institutions, securities companies, insurance companies (both direct insurance and reinsurance), insurance intermediaries, investment companies, credit intermediaries, funds and payment service providers.
Anna's experience in the field covers all legal issues that arise from the time of establishment to the liquidation of companies, and includes issues of both corporate and commercial law nature. Areas in which she most frekvently assists include, inter alia, licensing issues, product development, stock transfers, corporate governance, issues regarding measures against money laundering and financing of terrorism as well as various other types of regulatory issues.
Anna has long and vast experience from working with regulatory issues related to financial institutions and advises various types of financial institutions on a daily basis. With her background as a corporate lawyer, she has a unique ability to provide operational as well as proactive advice. Anna is continuously mentioned by Legal 500.
