His broad commercial background also means that he regularly advises on matters at the intersection of technology, contracts, intellectual property and dispute resolution.

Pontus advises clients throughout the lifecycle of IT and technology projects, including the negotiation and drafting of agreements relating to software development and implementation, cloud services, outsourcing, licensing, operations and other technology-related services. He is also regularly engaged when IT projects encounter difficulties or develop into disputes, including matters concerning delays, deficiencies in delivery or performance, change management, contractual compliance and termination.
