Elin specialises in employment law and is part of Lindahl's competence groups for employment law and dispute resolution. Elin works with all aspects of labour law, ranging from day-to-day issues concerning employment, pensions, work environment, protection of trade secrets, restructuring, termination of employment and union negotiations, to labour law disputes. Elin regularly represents clients in disputes in the District Court, Labour Court and arbitration. Elin also specialises in issues related to compliance and internal investigations, such as anti-corruption and bribery, whistleblowing and employment irregularities. Elin regularly gives lectures and trainings in her areas of expertise.
