Lindahl legal advisor to K2A Knaust & Andersson Fastigheter in its acquisition of a property located close to the university of Växjö
K2A has acquired the property Växjö Slottsstaden 4 which is located close to the university of Växjö. The property, built in 2005, includes two buildings of a total of 113 apartments to students and other rental purposes.
K2A is a property company which owns, develop and on a long term basis operates rental and social properties. The company’s common and preference shares are listed on Nasdaq Stockholm respectively.
Advokatfirman Lindahl has acted as legal adviser to K2A. From Lindahl participated Fredrik Heldqvist (project manager), Jesper Fredriksson, Alfred Åkesson and Sten Gejrot (partner).
