Lindahl advisors to Amplex in two acquisitions
Lindahl has acted as legal advisor to Amplex in connection with the acquisition of all shares in the German company Filtertechnik Jäger GmbH and the Danish company GMV A/S.
Filtertechnik Jäger has around 20 employees and an annual turnover of approximately 7.5 million euros (around 85 million SEK). The company designs and manufactures high-performance products for industrial liquid filtration, such as filter media, filter elements, and filter housings with accessories. Many of its customers are OEM manufacturers in the energy, metal, and component production sectors.
GMV A/S has around 40 employees and an annual turnover of approximately 75 million DKK (around 110 million SEK). The company is a market leader in Denmark in ergonomic material handling, offering products such as window and glass lifters, electric transport trolleys for building materials, and other lifting equipment for industrial use.
About the Amplex Group
The Amplex Group comprises approximately 30 companies primarily engaged in lifting technology and material handling, workplace safety, and lighting. The group has about 675 employees across 11 countries in Europe, Asia, and North America, with an annual turnover of approximately 1.8 billion SEK. Amplex also includes a real estate business based in the USA.
