Lindahl advisors in Momentum Group's acquisition of Avoma AB
Lindahl has acted as advisor to the seller in connection with Momentum Group AB's acquisition of the majority of shares in Avoma AB.

Avoma AB is a specialist in industrial service of rotating equipment, turbines, and welding, with a focus on the process and power industries in Sweden. Avoma AB's previous owners will continue to be minority shareholders in the company, which will henceforth be part of Momentum Group's Infrastructure business area.
Lindahl's team consisted of Robert Asplund, Ida Karlsson, Victoria Bromark, and Karin Sliwinska Helge.
