Lindahl advisor to Bahnhof in connection with a change of listing to Nasdaq First North Growth Market
Lindahl has been legal advisor to the internet provider Bahnhof AB (publ) in connection with the company's change of listing to Nasdaq First North Growth Market. Trading in the company's shares commenced on 17 August 2023. The first trade in the company's share was at SEK 41.30 per share, equivalent to a value of approximately SEK 4.4 billion for all shares in Bahnhof.

Bahnhof was founded in 1994 and offers fast, secure and affordable internet services to individuals and companies worldwide. Bahnhof's customers receive maximum security against digital surveillance, corporate espionage and leaks.
Lindahl's team consisted mainly of Monica Lagercrantz, Victoria Skoglund, Mikael Nagy and Agnes Widlund.
