Lindahl has acted as legal advisor to the owners of Valvet and Valvet House of Business in connection with the establishment of Courtier Group, a new real estate agency group that brings together strong local brands and, upon its launch, raises SEK 50 million in growth capital.
Courtier Group is founded together with Valvet, Valvet House of Business, and 3etage, with the ambition to quickly position itself as a leading player in the Swedish real estate market. The initiative creates a platform that combines strong local brands with financial strength and digital tools, enabling continued growth both in Sweden and, over time, internationally.
