Lindahl advises MastIT Group on acquisition of General Telecom and Telog
Lindahl has acted as legal adviser to MastIT Group AB in connection with the acquisition of 100% of the shares in General Telecom AB and Telog AB. The transaction represents an important step in MastIT Group's continued growth journey within mobile infrastructure and communication solutions.
Through the acquisition, MastIT Group strengthens its position as a leading player within mobile infrastructure in Sweden – with specialist expertise in both indoor and outdoor solutions, including security-classified and socially critical projects. General Telecom and Telog bring extensive experience in radio planning, coverage measurement, masts, towers and installations in complex environments, and will continue to operate as subsidiaries within the group.
Lindahl's team consisted of Clas Rosdahl, Ida Karlsson and Andreas Eklöf.
