Lindahl acts as an advisor in Boxon Tech’s merger with Molander Tech AB
Lindahl assisted Boxon Tech in its acquisition of Molander Tech. Boxon Tech has had a close partnership with Molander Tech for many years. That collaboration can now become even closer after Boxon Tech acquired all shares in Molander Tech.
Boxon Tech focuses primarily on the automotive industry and provides cost-effective and environmentally-friendly packaging solutions. Careful analysis of the flow chain, combined with creative use of injection-moulded plastic technology, enable trays customised to the product to be developed in collaboration with customers for use as disposable or returnable packaging
Molander Tech is a fast-growing Swedish company with facilities located in Scandinavia and Central Europe. The company specialises in injection-moulding and focuses on freight packaging and sustainability.
The Lindahl team consisted of Magnus Ramberg, Jakob Melander and Christer Hagberg.
