Urban Båvestam is a member of Lindahl´s Dispute Resolution Group. Urban has extensive experience as counsel both before courts of law and before arbitral tribunals. He is further regularly appointed arbitrator. Urban is also one of the leading experts in Sweden in the field of company law. He is regularly appointed chair at shareholders meetings and acts as advisor to board of directors. He has published numerous articles in the field of company law. Since many years he is also lecturing at Stockholm University’s law faculty and other universities. Urban is also a member of the Research Panel for Company and Securities Law at Stockholm Centre for Commercial Law, SCCL.
