Petra Gustafsson

Petra has extensive experience in commercial dispute resolution, and her litigation experience spans over a wide range of legal areas. She is regularly engaged as counsel in both the ordinary courts and in arbitration proceedings, representing both private and public sector clients. Her experience includes, among other things, disputes relating to insurance law, company law and contract law, and she has particular expertise in representing clients in complex and financially significant construction law disputes, including issues of defects, delays, liability and compensation. Petra has completed the SCC and SAA arbitration training programme.
Petra has been named a Key Lawyer by Legal 500 (2025). Legal 500 describes Petra as follows: "Petra Gustafsson is excellent to work with; she is quick and understands the client's needs. She has a deep knowledge of dispute resolution and always delivers in a timely fashion."
Petra is a member of Lindahl's specialist groups for dispute resolution and construction law.
