Natalie has extensive experience in both Swedish and international cross boarder real estate transactions, property development, forward funding, and construction and infrastructure projects.
Her experience in project development within the real estate sector includes work with land allocation and development agreements, negotiations in connection with allocation of building rights, divestment/acquisition in the development phase, and work with Joint Venture structures, including, for example, shareholder agreements. Natalie works broadly within the real estate industry, providing advice also on entering into commercial lease agreements. She has particular expertise in lease agreements in connection with project development and sale and lease back transactions.
Furthermore, Natalie provides advice during the implementation or procurement of major construction and infrastructure projects, including the development of, for example, partnering agreements, Administrative Instructions, and other related construction documents. Natalie's experience includes development and sale of shopping centres, construction of new neighbourhoods, commercial properties, residential properties, water purification, railways, public transportation, expansion of subways/rail traffic, bridges, tunnels, ports, and hospitals.
Natalie joined Lindahl in 2024. She has worked for many years in Mannheimer Swartling's real estate group but most recently comes from another law firm where she shared responsibility for the real estate practice.
