Lukas Jönsson

Lukas is a member of Lindahl's Intellectual Property group, an area in which he has been active since 2015. He advises the firm's clients both in Intellectual Property disputes and litigation, market law assessments and in complex strategic matters, often closely connected to research and development.
Lukas has also worked as an in-house counsel for Ingka Group (part of IKEA), where he has operated on a global level, primarily focusing on innovation, development, collaboration agreements and IP-strategy. He has a, for the Swedish market, unique practical experience in providing support on a global level in everything from AI-strategy, complex IP-disputes in various jurisdictions and marketing campaigns aimed at a global audience.
During his time at Lindahl, Lukas has been recognized several times by independent ranking institutes in the field of Intellectual Property, including IP Stars (Rising Star 2020 and 2021, Notable Practitioner 2022, 2023 and 2024), and has received positive reviews from clients in both WTR 1000 and Legal 500.
