Erik Orehall is a member of Lindahl's Dispute Resolution Group in Stockholm. He represents Swedish and foreign clients and has extensive experience in commercial court litigation as well as domestic and international arbitration. His experience covers disputes and ongoing advice relating to corporate law, construction law and property law, as well as shareholder disputes and private M&A matters. Erik also works with commercial agreements and special examinations. As an author, Erik has been published in Svensk Juristtidning (the Swedish Law Journal).
