Helena works with corporate law, securities law, M&A and commercial agreements. She is part of Lindahl's groups for Corporate M&A, Capital Markets and public M&A and IT/Tech and works with clients in a number of industries (but mainly with research and tech companies). Helena has extensive experience of ownership matters and contract matters, has assisted in several stock exchange listings and is regularly engaged as board secretary in listed companies.
