Lindahl contributes to updated LOU commentary
Lindahl has contributed to the latest update of the commentary on the Public Procurement Act (LOU) in Norstedts Juridik's Yellow Library.
Johanna Näslund and Hugo Norlén, lawyers and partners at Advokatfirman Lindahl, have as co-authors contributed to the updated commentary to ensure that it reflects current case law and offers clear guidance for practice.
"Being involved in developing the LOU commentary is both an honor and a way for us to contribute to the development of public procurement law," says Johanna Näslund.
The LOU Commentary is a key tool for lawyers, procurers and other professionals working with public procurement. The commentary provides an in-depth and practical review of the provisions of the law and is an important reference when interpreting and applying the regulations.
The updated commentary is available via Norstedts Juridik.
