Lindahl appoints two new partners
Lindahl law firm has appointed two of its attorneys, Viktor Wihlstrand and Johan Attenius, as new partners. Both will assume their roles as partners starting January 1, 2025.

"We are, of course, very happy that two of our skilled and motivated lawyers are joining the partnership group. Both Viktor and Johan began their legal careers at Lindahl, and we are proud and delighted that they want to continue growing with the firm and creating value for our many clients," says Mårten Steen, Chairman of Lindahl.
Viktor Wihlstrand will become a partner at Lindahl’s Helsingborg office, where he primarily works with corporate and real estate transactions as well as other ownership-related matters. Viktor is regularly appointed as a trustee for minority shareholders in compulsory share redemption cases and he represents several national and international companies in contract-related issues. Viktor joined Lindahl in 2017 after completing his law degree and has been a practicing attorney since 2020.
Johan Attenius is based at Lindahl’s Gothenburg office, where he mainly handles matters related to insolvency and dispute resolution. He has specialized expertise in corporate restructuring and is regularly appointed as a bankruptcy trustee, as well as representing clients in commercial disputes. Johan started at Lindahl in 2012 and returned to the firm after serving as a clerk at the Gothenburg District Court.
The new partners will officially assume their roles on January 1, 2025.
