Lindahl assisted Sunroof International Holding AB on a capital raising amounting to approximately SEK 152 million
Sunroof International Holding AB, a company that is revolutionizing the housing electrification and decentralized renewable energy generation with the most powerful and resource efficient building-integrated solar roofs on the market today, has raised approximately SEK 152 million in a funding round. The investors were World Fund, Nordic Alpha Partners and Legal & General Capital, three leading climate tech investors.
Lindahl acted as legal adviser to Sunroof International Holding AB in connection with the transaction. Lindahl’s team consisted mainly of Dennis Westermark and Mikael Nagy.
