Lindahl advisor when European Energy divests the 53 MW Zinkgruvan wind farm to German CEE Group
Lindahl acted as legal advisor to Danish European Energy in connection with its divestment of Zinkgruvan wind farm to German asset manager CEE Group.
The wind farm is located north of Vättern Lake and consists of 14 GE Renewables turbines with a capacity of 3.8 MW, a rotor size of 137 meters and a hub height of 110 meters, together supplying approximately 40,000 Swedish households with fossil-free energy. The wind farm was completed in 2019. Zinkgruvan is European Energy’s second construction project in Sweden.
Lindahl’s team consisted of, amongst others, Annika Brandt, Ellen Frisk, Johan Herrström (M&A) and Johan Tollgerdt (client relations).
