Lindahl advisor to Prevas in the acquisition of Finnish NMAC Group Oy
Prevas Aktiebolag (“Prevas”) has signed a share transfer agreement regarding the acquisition of approximately 92 percent of the shares in NMAC Group Oy (“Enmac”), pending regulatory approval. This acquisition marks Prevas' entry into the Finnish market and is aligned with its growth strategy, enabling future market synergies.

Enmac is a prominent player in the Finnish market, specializing in energy, industrial automation, and the process industry. With approximately 200 employees, Enmac achieved a turnover of MEUR 23 in 2023.
Lindahl’s team primarily consisted of Mats Tindberg, Henrik Nobel, Edvard Gustafsson, and Lara Hrstic.
