Lindahl assisted Jakt är Jakt Scandinavia AB in the acquisition of five magazines on hunting, fishing and outdoor pursuits and the merger with Jakt & Fiskejournalen Sverige AB.

Jakt & Fiskejournalen Sverige AB is primarily focused on the publication of magazines on hunting, fishing, dogs and outdoor pursuits and engages in e-commerce in angling. Jakt & Fiskejournalen’s total sales amounted to SEK 53 million in 2022 and the company holds the media titles Jaktjournalen, Fiskejournalen, Jaktmarker & Fiskevatten, Allt om Flyfiske and Härliga Hund. The merger gives rise to the creation of Sweden’s largest media channel for hunting, fishing and outdoor enthusiasts through the new media company 3F Media Group.
The Lindahl team consisted mainly of Henrik Nobel, Frida Lovén, Ebba Meyer-Lie and Isak Tholén.
