Lindahl advises on the sale of AI company Sentiantechnologies
Lindahl has assisted the owners of Sentiantechnologies AB in the sale of all the shares in the company to Scottish company The Weir Group, a global leader in mining technology.
Sentiantechnologies AB, based in Malmö, is a developer of AI solutions that optimize industrial processes, including mineral processing.
The Lindahl team consisted of Johan Herrström, Pontus Söderberg, and Josefin Pilz.
