Lindahl acts as an advisor in the sale of XER Management AB to XPartners
Advokatfirman Lindahl assisted the owners of XER Management AB in the sale of the company to XPartners Samhällsbyggnad AB.
XER Management AB is a consulting company which specialises in project management and process and system support, focusing on large and complex projects. The company has considerable experience in the construction, infrastructure and industrial sectors and a broad customer base in both the private and public sectors. XPartners Samhällsbyggnad was founded in spring 2021 and already includes 21 companies with a presence in Sweden and Finland. In April 2023, the investment fund Axcel became a new, highly solvent principal owner of XPartners in order to support XPartners’ drive for growth, including by adding additional technology consulting companies to XPartners.
