  • Lindahl advisor when Nordic Solar acquires four solar energy projects

Lindahl acted as legal advisor to Danish Nordic Solar in connection with its acquisition of four solar energy projects in the south of Sweden from Helios Nordic Energy. The solar energy projects are planned to be completed between 2023 and 2025 and are expected to have a total capacity of about 220 MWp with an electricity production corresponding to the yearly electricity consumption of about 44,000 households.

Nordic Solar develops, constructs, and operates solar farms in Europe and is currently active in eleven countries. By 2025, the company aims at owning and operating facilities with a total capacity of 1 GW.

Helios Nordic Energy is a Swedish company developing large scale solar farms in the Nordic countries.

Lindahl’s team consisted of Annika Brandt, Jesper Fredriksson, Tor Pöpke, Olle Jonsson and Per-Anders Bengtsson.

Energy

The energy industry has undergone major changes in recent years. More new entities in wind and solar energy are establishing themselves and competition is increasing in several energy areas. For a long time, Lindahl has provided advice to companies in the energy industry, including some of the leading power producers, electricity trading companies and suppliers of power and power transmission equipment in Sweden.
