Cibes Lift Group has acquired 49% of GS-Aufzüge GmbH in Austria. The aim of the acquisition of the new company– named GS-Aufzuge Cibes GmbH - is to strengthen the local presence and intensify marketing efforts for vertical lifts on the fast-growing Austrian market.

Cibes, with headquarter in Gävle, Sweden, has about 420 employees, a partner network in 48 countries and subsidiaries in 14 countries.
Lindahl acted as legal advisor to Cibes Lift Group together with the Austrian law firm Schuppich Sporn & Winischhofer. Lindahl’s team consisted of Mårten Steen (responsible partner), Patrik Rindstål och Emira Peterson (Corporate Finance).
