Ludwig has specialised knowledge regarding commercial real estate law with a primary focus on commercial real estate transactions with an expert level understanding share purchase agreements and shareholders' agreements, as well as specialised knowledge regarding corporate law with an expert level understanding of, among other things, dividend distributions, mergers, reduction of share capital, and the prohibition of financial assistance.
