Karin advises clients on various labor law issues such as entering into employment contracts, terminations (including collective bargaining, court proceedings, and arbitration), protection of trade secrets, reorganizations, and restructuring (including issues related to business transfers).
Karin is on a regular basis nominated as Trustee in Bankruptcy.
