Jakob is a member of Lindahl’s equity capital markets and corporate law groups. Jakob’s experience includes advising both private and public companies in connection with, among other things, initial public offerings, capital raisings and general meetings. Jakob also regularly works with incentive programs, corporate governance, market abuse matters and other equity capital markets related matters.
