Jan Byström has worked in several international law firms, both in Stockholm and New York. His expertise spans from extensive transactions covering multiple jurisdictions to the financing of startups through venture capital funds.
At Lindahl, he will have a key role in the continued development of the firm’s operations within Private Equity, Venture Capital, and Corporate M&A.
