  • Lindahl strengthening with three new partners

Advokatfirman Lindahl continues to grow as one of the country's leading business law advisors. Lindahl is now moving further forward in that the firm's lawyers, Erika Svensson, Filip Malm and Lina Stenson are taking on new roles as partners.

"We are naturally delighted that three of our skilled and engaged lawyers are joining the team of partners. Erika, Filip and Lina are all making a major contribution to Lindahl's development, and we are proud that they want to continue to grow together with us and create value for our clients throughout the country," says Johan Herrström, Chairman of Lindahl.

Erika Svensson will be a new partner at Lindahl in Uppsala, where she will principally work on securities law, acquisitions and commercial contracts, specialising in research- and technology-intensive companies. Erika has particular experience of stock exchange listings and other capital market transactions, and provides advice to clients in issues that concern corporate governance, provision of information and other requirements that apply for listed companies.

Filip Malm, our new partner at Lindahl in Gothenburg, has experience within various labour law issues such as notices of termination, protection of business secrets, reorganisations and outsourcing. In addition, Filip specialises in the sport sector, where he has extensive industry knowledge. Filip represents associations, clubs, agents, individual sportspersons and others in legal issues. Filip also assists insurance companies and insurance brokers in issues that concern occupational pensions and labour law.

Lina Stenson is welcomed into the team of partners in Helsingborg. Lina specialises within contract law, with specific experience of reviewing and drafting tender documentation, as well as advice for contractors and purchasers in various contract issues. Lina is also part of the Helsingborg office's industry team and works on projects within industrial plants.

The new partners will take up their posts from 1 January 2023.

Career at Lindahl

The things we enjoy doing are the things we do well. We know that you will perform best when you find the right balance in life. We also know that our lawyers really thrive with us. And not merely with their colleagues and their work. They also thrive on getting involved and taking part in a way that few workplaces offer or allow.
