Successful restructuring of Lagerhaus AB

Lindahl, through the court-appointed administrator, has assisted Lagerhaus AB in the corporate restructuring that is now coming to an end. The decision from the Gothenburg District Court means that Lagerhaus will return to normal operations and can look ahead with strengthened profitability and long-term viability.

On 16 January 2025, the Gothenburg District Court decided to place Lagerhaus into corporate restructuring. On 25 August 2025, the court approved Lagerhaus’s restructuring plan and resolved that the restructuring should cease. With the process successfully completed, Lagerhaus can now devote its full attention to the upcoming autumn and Christmas trading season.

During the restructuring, Lagerhaus has taken important steps to create a stable foundation for the future. Among other things, the company has optimised its store network of around fifty shops in Sweden and Norway through renegotiations and terminations of lease agreements, as well as adjustments to staffing levels. Efforts have also focused on improving logistics and supply flows and strengthening the digital business. Securing financing was also a prerequisite for the restructuring. These measures have already produced results, with improved sales figures in both e-commerce and comparable physical stores.

Lindahl’s work with the restructuring was carried out by court-appointed administrator Magnus Löfving together with Johan Attenius, Lotta Persson, Anna Gustafsson, Therese Sten and Camilla Henriksson.
