Magnus specializes in contract-based and procurement-related disputes. He has over 20 years of experience representing public entities and private companies in areas such as manufacturing, energy and construction, in litigation in general courts and administrative courts, in arbitration, mediation proceedings and in settlement negotiations.
In addition to his work as counsel in disputes, Magnus is regularly engaged for providing strategic advice on procurement issues. He is also a frequent lecturer in commercial dispute resolution and public procurement. Magnus also has experience as a special examiner in limited companies and as an expert witness to Swedish law in foreign proceedings.
