  • David Ackebo new partner at Lindahl

Lindahl is experiencing rapid growth on the important Stockholm market. With the recruitment of dispute resolution expert David Ackebo to Lindahl, the firm further strengthens its broad offer with focus on delivering clear business benefits to clients.

David Ackebo joined Lindahl in Stockholm on 1 September. He has extensive experience in international and domestic arbitration, as well as court proceedings and has, in addition to court service and international credentials, extensive experience from several prominent law firms.

“We welcome David as a partner and look forward to his contribution to our continued development as we give our clients effective advice that creates sustainable business benefits”, says Johan Herrström, chairman of Lindahl.

David Ackebo will develop the dispute resolution offer at Lindahl in Stockholm. His broad experience includes among others the IT, telecom, and construction industry, investment law and M&A and infrastructure-related disputes, as well as compliance work.

“Lindahl's impressive development on the Stockholm market, a long tradition of high-quality assignments and a prominent position in the Swedish legal industry give us a very good position to develop our offer in dispute resolution. I see great potential and opportunities for the firm, the clients' business benefits and my own development”, says David Ackebo.

David Ackebo regularly acts as counsel for Swedish and foreign clients in complex arbitration proceedings according to various arbitration rules, such as ICC, AAA / ICDR, SCC, LCIA, SIAC, and in ad hoc-administered arbitration proceedings. In addition to dispute resolution, David has been involved in various issues concerning CSR, sustainability and anti-corruption, including several high-profile corruption investigations.
