Lindahl has advised the owners of 3etage in connection with the establishment of Courtier Group, a new real estate agency group that brings together several strong brands within real estate brokerage. In connection with the launch, SEK 50 million in growth capital has been raised to enable rapid expansion.

Together with Valvet and Valvet House of Business, 3etage is one of the founders of Courtier Group. The initiative aims to create a new player in the Swedish market by combining strong local brands with resources, digital tools, and operational support. Courtier’s ambition is to grow in Sweden and, over time, internationally.
