Lindahl has advised KGK Motor AB in connection with the acquisition of Höga-Produkter AB.
Höga-Produkter manufactures recreational boats under the brand HR Boat Sweden. The company started boat manufacturing in 1976 and is located in Laxå, Sweden. Höga-Produkter currently has about 30 employees and a turnover of approximately SEK 75 million.
KGK Motor has been active in the boat industry for 40 years and is part of the family-owned KG Knutsson group. KGK Motor has strong brands such as Suzuki (e.g. outboard motors), SeaDrive (electric drive systems) as well as Askeladden, Capelli, Arronet and Suzumar (boats).
Lindahl's team mainly consisted of Henrik Nobel, Axel Strandborg, Matilda Jusslin, Asta Schulz and Tobias Adolfsson.
