EAB is a family-owned company in Smålandsstenar offering design, production and development within three product areas: warehouse storage solutions, doors and steel buildings.
Lindahl acted as advisor to EAB in the acquisition of all shares in Lecor Stålteknik AB. Lecor offers modern production facilities made of prefabricated steel components for construction, industry and contract work. The acquisition has the aim of future-proofing EAB's customer undertaking in relation to qualitative steel structures with high security of delivery.
Lindahl's team comprised Magnus Ramberg, Isabelle Selemba, Christer Hagberg, Lina Stenson, Vanessa Tellenmark, Olivia Sandin and Jannica Stefansson.
