Lindahl has assisted Emplicure AB (publ) in connection with the listing of the company’s shares on Nasdaq First North Growth Market. In connection with the listing, a new issue of units raising approx. MSEK 39.8 before issue costs was carried out. Upon exercise of the warrants that were issued, the company may raise an additional amount of up to MSEK 59.8 during next year. The first day of trading was 24 June 2021.
Emplicure is a pharmaceutical company that develops new innovative pharmaceutical products based on existing pharmaceutical ingredients and advanced materials sciences within bioceramics. The product portfolio initially focuses on drugs treating chronical pain and with abilities that prevent substance abuse.
