Örebroporten has acquired the properties Tankbilen 1 and Tankbilen 2 from Bröd. Engströms Entreprenadmaskiner AB. Örebroporten intends to adapt the premises to the municipality's technical-administration needs.
The property acquisition is being carried out as a corporate deal involving both Tankbilen 1 and Tankbilen 2. The underlying property value for both properties is SEK 211.6 million. Tankbilen 1 includes a restaurant premises.
The law firm Lindahl has advised Engströms through Dennis Dicksen and Jonatan Elf.
