Investors led by Swedish investment firm Creades and SEB have made an investment into mobile banking app Tink. At the same time, Tink has entered into a partnership with SEB, through which SEB's customers will get a better opportunity to gather, analyze and manage their finances. The total investment into the company is SEK 85 million (USD 10 million), and Creades and SEB become Tink’s fourth and fifth largest owners, respectively.
Tink's technology is included in the first phase of SEB's mobile app for private individuals in Sweden, and makes it possible for customers to collect and categorise detailed information about purchases and savings. Within the framework of the partnership, more functions will be developed.
Lindahl assisted Tink in the investment and the partnership with SEB. The investment team consisted of Anders Moberg (relationship partner), Fredrik Morfeldt and Erik Sundgren. The partnership team mainly consisted of partners David Frydlinger and Erik Bergenstråhle.
