Lindahl assists Catella in the sale of Nordic Fixed Income to Arctic Securities, the Norwegian investment bank. Catella has signed an agreement with Arctic Securities on the sale of all shares in the subsidiary Nordic Fixed Income. The purchase price, which is based on the company's equity, will be stated at the closing.
